Q: How do I order?
A: If you have chosen an item, select its size, color and quantity, then add it to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

Q: How can I purchase items without using the site?
A: Orders can be placed by email, fax, mail, or phone.

Q: What information is needed to email, fax or mail an order?
A: Please be sure to include your name and shipping address and the name, item number, color and quantity desired for each item you would like to order. Include your credit card number and expiration date (we only accept Visa and MasterCard).

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: You may place an order with us through Uniform.org 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customer service representatives are accessible Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST). Faxes can be transmitted 24 hours a day, but will only be reviewed while customer service representatives are available.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted at Uniform.org?
A: Forms of payment accepted are as follows: Visa and MasterCard.

Q: Is it possible to save items in my shopping cart between visits to Uniform.org?
A: No. Items are saved in your shopping cart for the duration of your visit to Uniform.org. You may find that items stay in your shopping cart between site visits if you don't close all of your browser windows.

Q: Can I send someone a gift from Uniform.org?
A: Yes. If you decide to purchase a gift at Uniform.org you only need to remember that the shipping address must be accurate and separate from the billing address.

Q: Will it be possible to track my Uniform.org orders?
A: Yes, because we use UPS Ground Services, all orders are assigned a tracking number. We retain your order number, date of shipment and UPS tracking number, which can be used to track your order status at your request.

Q: How accurate is the color display on the Internet?
A: Because it's important that all Uniform.org customers be pleased with their purchases, be advised that color varies slightly from one computer monitor to another.

A: Our privacy policy is simple. We do not share any information you provide to us with anyone else. We value your business and respect your privacy.

Q: Is the server for Uniform.org secure?
A: Yes. Uniform.org is a Thawte Secure Site. Once you click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page, any information you provide is encrypted before it is sent to our secure server. It's impossible for unauthorized parties to read your information while it's in transit over the Internet.

Q: Do you use cookies?
A: Each time you visit Uniform.org, one cookie is set to associate your browser with your shopping cart. This cookie is erased when you close all of your browsers.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Q: What method of shipping do you offer?
A: Our Standard method of delivery is UPS Ground Service (7-10 days). For an additional charge we can send your order via UPS Rush (3-4 days) and Express (2-3 days) deliveries.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Please refer to the shipping chart when calculating charges for shipping.

Q: Which carriers do you use?
A: Our standard carrier is UPS; however, we reserve the right to use other carriers, such as Federal Express, and Airborne Express.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Please allow the warehouses at least 48 hours to ready your Standard Ground order for shipment. Orders being shipped Rush and Express will be expedited, but must be placed prior to 11:00 AM (PST) to be sent out on the date purchased. All orders placed after 11:00 AM will be sent out the following business day.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Orders shipped Standard Ground generally take 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of purchase. Orders shipped UPS Rush will arrive 3-4 days after the date of purchase. Orders shipped UPS Express will arrive 2-3 days after the date of purchase.

Q: Do you deliver to post office boxes?
A: No. We must have a street address for all deliveries.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the current time, shipping is only available within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Please note that international shipping will be available at Uniform.org in the future. If you would like to have your order billed to an international address for items shipped within the United States, please enter the appropriate billing information during the checkout process.

Q: Do you ship on weekends?
A: At this time, we do not ship on weekends. All orders are processed for shipment Monday through Friday.

Q: Am I charged sales tax on my online purchases?
A: Sales tax will only be charged for purchases shipped to California addresses, and will be assessed per individual county tax rates.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
A: Your satisfaction is very important to us. Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 2 weeks of shipping your order and require a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Please email us to let us know what you need to return or exchange, and we will respond to you with your Return Authorization Number. Send your return or exchange with the Return Authorization Number to:

For your protection, please insure your return and send it prepaid via UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, United States Postal Service or any other recognized carrier that can confirm delivery to our address. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.

Please note that embroidered orders, used (worn) and/or laundered merchandise is not returnable, and shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
